We want you to love your lamp. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no runaround.

Important

Returns must be initiated within the window below. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced at no cost — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

03. How to Return

Contact us

Email support@lampandglow.com with your order number and reason. Attach photos if the item is damaged.

Get approval

We respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address.

Pack securely

Re-pack in original packaging. Include your RA number inside the box.

Ship it back

Use a tracked courier. Return shipping is covered by us for damaged/wrong items. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is at your expense.

We inspect & act

Once received and inspected, refund or replacement processed within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

05. Damaged Items

Act within 48 hours

If your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Send to support@lampandglow.com:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged lamp
  • Photo of the outer packaging
  • Brief description of the damage

06. International Returns

Return Shipping Cost

For international change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged/wrong items, we reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Customs on Return

Mark the shipment as 'Returned Goods – Country of Origin: Pakistan' on the customs declaration. Incorrect labelling may cause delays.

UK & EU Consumer Rights

UK and EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU for standard (non-customised) items.

US Customers

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days. Refunds processed in USD at the exchange rate at time of original order.
