LampAndGlow operates from Sahiwal, Pakistan. Every lamp is made, inspected, and dispatched from our workshop here. We ship domestically across Pakistan and internationally to all active markets.
01. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Processing takes 3–5 business days from payment confirmation — each lamp is individually inspected and packed before dispatch.
Cut-off time
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PKT on business days enter the same-day dispatch queue. Orders placed on Sunday are processed Monday morning.

We ship internationally via DHL Express and Pakistan Post EMS. All rates below are live — they match exactly what you see at checkout.

Individual Wrapping
Wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble cushioning to protect the wood finish during transit.
Double Boxing
Inner product box inside a heavy-duty outer carton with foam corner guards.
Fragile Labelling
All cartons are marked FRAGILE on all sides. Couriers are briefed on careful handling.
Sustainable Materials
Recycled cardboard and biodegradable cushioning wherever possible.
05. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link. Track anytime from My Orders in your account.

06. Delays & Issues
Delays can occur due to public holidays (Eid, Independence Day, etc.), extreme weather, courier backlogs, or international customs clearance.
If your order hasn't arrived in time, email support@lampandglow.com with your order number — we'll investigate immediately.

Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. Free replacement or full refund — your choice, no hassle.
