01. Use of This Site
LampAndGlow.com is operated by LampAndGlow, based in Karachi, Pakistan. By accessing this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use our trademarks without permission. We may terminate access for violations.
All products are handcrafted wooden lamps for residential and commercial decorative use. Installation of wired variants should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
02. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (stock errors, fraud flags, payment failure).
Pricing
Prices are shown in your local market currency. Prices include taxes where legally required. The price shown at checkout is final.
Payment Methods
Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, card (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (select cities). International: Stripe (card). COD is verified by phone before dispatch.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, your order will not be placed. Funds deducted during a failed transaction are automatically refunded by your bank within 3–7 business days.
03. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates from dispatch, not from order placement. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk and title pass to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full timelines and rates — they are pulled live from our system.
04. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LampAndGlow's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services.
Statutory Rights
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. UK customers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU customers retain rights under EU Directive 2019/771. Pakistani customers retain rights under applicable consumer protection law.
05. Our Markets
LampAndGlow currently operates in 5 active markets. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For international customers, your local consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights which we honour.

06. Intellectual Property
All content — product photography, lamp designs, text, logos, and the LampAndGlow name — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent. You may share our product images for personal, non-commercial purposes with clear attribution.
